How we deliver our digital services to your restaurant

Digital Service Nature

VVS INFOTECH provides a Cloud-based SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. This is a purely digital service. No physical products, hardware, or printed menus are shipped to your physical address.

Free Trial Activation

For users opting for our Free Trial:

  • Upon submitting your email and password, your account is automatically activated.
  • Access to the digital menu dashboard is granted immediately.
  • No payment details are required for the trial period.
Paid Subscription Delivery

For Paid Subscription plans:

  • The system checks the validity of your email and account details.
  • Activation is pending: Access is only granted once the payment transaction is successfully completed.
  • If a payment is not finished or fails, the system does not store subscription dates or activate the account, ensuring you are not charged for incomplete setups.
  • Upon successful payment, digital credentials and full dashboard features are activated within 5-15 minutes.
Method of Delivery

The "delivery" of our service consists of:

  • Dashboard Access: Online access to manage your digital QR menus and orders.
  • Instant QR Generation: Digital high-resolution QR codes available for download directly from your admin panel.
  • Email Confirmation: A welcome kit sent to your registered email containing setup guides.
Shipping Charges

Since all services are delivered over the internet, there are Zero (0) Shipping Charges. You only pay for the software subscription fee as displayed on our pricing page.
